Firstly, this paper mentions that small and medium-sized enterprises have weighted more and more heavily in our national economy. With the varied changes of competitive environment, small and medium-sized enterprises have entered into a time that wins by strategic management. However, nowadays, a large part of our small and medium-sized enterprises are facing the developing risk by lacking of a suitable enterprise strategy. We hereby draw a point that strategic management should be thought highly of, and an effective strategic management can play a role of advancing these small and mediumsized enterprises on the road of developing.Then, by study on Guangdong HT sanitary ware company, this paper analyzes its’ outer environment from three aspects: the macro environment, sanitary ware industry environment and market competition environment. In the meanwhile, this paper introduces its inner environment by analyzing company profile, organization structure and human source information, company culture, value chain and its’ main competitor,business and development capacity. More, this paper uses SWOT to study HT’s strengths, weakness, opportunities and threats. By doing these, we think that differentiation strategy, market penetration strategy and market development strategy are three suitable strategies to HT company.Following, this paper introduces HT’s specific scheme base on aforesaid three strategies. This paper also describes the whole process of carrying out this scheme with the introduction of implementation principle, implementation protection and decisionmaking protection. With an aim of conducting the matching-test and implementationtest between HT company and strategic plan, we evaluate the strategy performance on HT company accordingly and make a conclusion that the current strategy plan is workable for HT company, HT can head according to the plan. However, with the limitation of information source and staff itself, this conclusion has its limits and risks.This paper hold a view that HT company should implement a suitable and scientific strategic management on itself according to its limited sources and such strategic management is able to advance HT rightly on the developing road. However, the owner of HT company and its management layer should aware that strategic management is a process of dynamic and variable change, strategic management can conduct its’ developing power only when strategic plan’s formulation, implementation and evaluation are proceding by combining scientifically and unitarily. Being an example of small and medium-sized company, HT provides other small and mediumsized enterprises with a guidance and reference significances by displaying its whole process of strategic management.
