Our domestic sanitary ware market under the drive of real estate and hotel industry, has gained a rapid development, and the size of the domestic sanitary ware market is expected to reach 140 billion yuan by 2015. But due to the fierce competition between domestic enterprises and foreign brands, domestic sanitary ware enterprises mostly compete in the low-end market and only gain thin margins. From the point of exports, affected by the economic crisis, the import growth of traditional products importers such as Europe and America, is slowing. On the other hand, due to improving people's livelihood and infrastructure construction, the emerging market countries have a strong demand for sanitary ware products, which leads to a quickly import growth from China. For sanitary ware enterprises in China, it is an important topic that how to get system knowledge of the status and the development trend of the sanitary industry, the current situation of domestic and export markets, how quickly to position the overseas target markets, as well as what effective marketing strategy can take to enter the target market.This paper conducts a systematic research on the sanitary ware industry in China and domestic sanitary ware market. On the basis of global import and export market research, we analyze the export markets from China. Finally, we take M Company for example, study its export strategy of sanitary ware products in order to provide reference and advice of the strategic choice for China's export enterprise.
