Recently, manufacturing enterprise's strategic focus gradually shifted from the production, marketing to product innovation, product innovation has become a business success or failure of the survival and development. Technical ability is the basis of enterprise product innovation, so enhance corporate enterprises'technological capabilities into product innovation and performance, and further access to the core part of sustainable competitive advantage, and then technological capability is the essence of knowledge. Thus, enterprises should not only rely on their own knowledge of the possession of scarce resources, but also to actively acquire new knowledge from outside. As the suppliers manufacturing enterprises an important role in product development, how to effectively obtain knowledge of the supplier to upgrade the technological capability has the great significance. Intense competitive environment increases the complexity of enterprise supply-side, and then enterprises shifted from the tactical purchasing to strategic sourcing, strategic sourcing became the communication link between the enterprise and supplier. Thus, obviously, to manufacturing enterprises in China as the research object, in-depth research on the impact of strategic sourcing on manufacturing enterprise knowledge acquisition has important theoretical value.Based on a large number of the relevant literature at home and abroad, we conducted exploratory research. We did the theoretical analysis of manufacturing enterprises knowledge acquisition from the perspective of supplier networks, and concluded the supplier network-based influencing factors of manufacturing enterprise knowledge acquisition. Empirical research on influencing factors of manufacturing enterprise knowledge acquisition was carried out by means of the exploratory factor analysis, and then the four key factors was extracted, they were supplier relationship management, interaction with supplier, organizational learning and supplier selection. The correlation mechanism between strategic sourcing and manufacturing enterprise knowledge acquisition was explored by means of theoretical analysis and case study methods from the perspective of supplier network. Based on the exploratory study, the concept model and the research hypothesis of the relationship between strategic sourcing and manufacturing enterprise knowledge acquisition were constructed. Through questionnaire design and survey, data collection and processing, model analysis and checking, and so steps. Ultimately we arrived at the conclusion of the study. The results show that: strategic sourcing for the manufacturing enterprise knowledge acquisition has a positive impact, the impact of the mechanism embodied in relational embeddedness, structural embeddedness, interaction between manufacturing enterprise and supplier. At the same time, the organizational learning capacity has a positive effect of regulation for relational embeddedness, structural embeddedness, interaction between manufacturing enterprise and supplier. Therefore, the equipment manufactures should actively put in practice strategic sourcing, and analysis the supplier fully, do the supplier selection well; strengthen the management of supplier and focus on strategic cooperation; building the smooth communication channels and the perfect mechanism of interaction; strengthen the organizational learning in order to effectively access the supplier's knowledge effectively.
