With the development of socio-economic and the increasing of people's living standards, People's requirements are more increasingly with the public transport used in travel. The comfort, speed and other characteristics of transport, and travel characteristics of travelers act on the behavior to choose mode of transport of travelers. Study the passengers' select behavior in transportation corridor, have important theoretical and practical significance for to standard passenger transport market in the corridor and for to enhance the level of service of the modes of transport. In this paper, begin with the basic theory of the transport corridor, combining with the characteristics of each transportation mode and the relationships between them, in-depth analysis the passengers travel select behavior at the conditions of competition. Passengers travel process in corridor, including the city's travel and the corridor's travel. Thesis focused on the corridor's travel behavior, based on the detailed Introduction of passenger travel demand and psychological activities, analysis of the micro and macro factors of passenger travel select behavior. Many principles can follow when passengers making selection decisions, the most easily be adopted for people is the principle of utility maximization, the principle is widely used in disaggregated model。MNL model is one of the disaggregated model, it assumes that passengers always select the transportation with most effective, in this paper, we combination of utility theory on the use of MNL model, to calculate the result of passenger selection。Finally, the paper as transportation corridor of Chengdu-chongqing an example, using the previous analysis results and the prediction model, to calculate the mode share of each transportation mode in the transport corridor. And to analysis the change of the mode share when the service attributes change of mode of transportation.
