This dissertation focuses on the International Strategy of small-and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The whole research covers the key theories and case studies of SMEs' internationalization.Under the conditions of the economic globalization and the information revolution, the company showed the trend of internationalization, international business has become the leading operators in the form of the world economy. At the same time as the development of economic globalization, the internationalization of SMEs plays an increasingly important role in the global economy. More and more SMEs have gone abroad and expand their business overseas to achieve its globalization.But faced the limited resources and increasing competitive international market environment, how should SMEs to achieve its globalization? Implementation of the right international strategy is the premise of its international development.Traditional theories regard internationalization is based on large companies, Research on SMEs is relatively weak. As the lack of case study research, this paper attempts to combine theoretical and practical, through an actual case study at the internationalization of SMEs, and provide the reference for the internationalization of SMEs in China.This dissertation consists of six chapters. The first chapter begins with an introduction of the research background and its expected value, finally expounds the theoretical logic and methodology of the dissertation. Chapter two gives the concept of SMEs and internationalization, and described the status of SMEs and international trends. Chapter three focuses on the key issues and theories of the internationalization of SMEs. Chapter four is the case company overview. Chapter five is the cases analyzed. The last chapter is summarized, and tries to put forward some suggestions for the internationalization of SMEs in China.
