The traditional mode of international strategy claims that business is conducted in accordance with specific international stage theory. However, in the 1980s, some European countries have experienced sudden development enterprises? These companies point to the international market when they are found, then quickly set up business in the international market. This is a strategic development model referred to herein of born international companies. After adopted the economic reform policy, our country begin to encourage the import and export. But we pay much attention to the import and ignore the export in the beginning. Then after 1992,Deng xiaoping turn to emphasize the export strategy to make a balance of the two aspects. Therefore, the domestic companies start to seek international path, with the born global business emerge from that time. They are mostly concentrated in the developed area.According to our definition of standards for SMEs, they occupy a large share of the national total business, but its development is affected by various constraints. Born international fashion can provide a new strategic ideas for these relatively smaller international businesses. It provides a new strategic thinking. This article takes the form of a single case study, trying to analysis the specific enterprise-Dajiang Innovation Technology Co. Ltd. to bring some reference for the internationalization of SMEs.In the first part, the scholar analyzes the various different standard definition of SMEs by the way of literature review, choosing a specific standard for the use of this passage. The standard is:from creation of enterprises to develop international business up to 5 years; Traffic more than 25% of the total business volume; more than one country.The second part describes the analysis method of this paper. It concluded the stage and factors theory summed up the "three-stage+three elements" model after analysis the scholars of international business. The "three-stage" includes:Initial start-up stage, stage of stable development, a breakthrough stage. The "three elements" principal entrepreneur factors, environmental factors, industry factors.The third part analyzes the Dajiang Innovation Technology Co. Case in-depth. The paper take a single case study method, analysis the uses of three factors in three stages of DJI.The last part is a summary of the previous case studies, summed up in three stages on Enterprise three factors utilization. Getting a conclusion that the company should focus on team building, product and production and operations area's selection, position the market according to consumer feature in the initial phase; the entrepreneur should be farsighted, grasp the overall strategy, focusing on macroeconomic policy, analysis the industry characteristics in the developed resource accumulation phase; grasp the development direction of the enterprise, timely analysis of the upstream and downstream paradigm shift, focusing on financial policies in the development and resource accumulation phase.
