Information Communication In Enterprise Crisis Management And Study On Its Performance Evaluation

With the development of world economic integration and the arrival of information times, the environment faced by enterprise has become more and more complicate and change rapidly, which brings lots of uncertain factors to survival and growth of enterprises. All this factors lead to the frequency of enterprise crisis getting higher and higher. Therefore, the crisis management has become unavoidable regarding any modern enterprise. Unfortunately due to the lack of comprehensive and sophisticated crisis defense and management strategies, many companies are dragged in chaos when certain crisis breaks up, and even vanish from market eventually. Therefore crisis management must be taken serious account in enterprise management. While the existing crisis management theories all analyze how to deal with crisis from different views and multiple levels, but most of these study are concerned with how the crisis can be handled within technical field. Actually in current information times, the enterprises crisis can not be predicable and organized, therefore more and more enterprise managers realize that effective information communication can be used in enterprise crisis management. In one hand, information communication is the crucial process during crisis management, which performs in the whole management procedure from the very beginning. No matter before crisis, during crisis or after crisis, enterprises all need to communicate with the related parties. On the other hand, effective information communication not only can reduce the damage of enterprise crisis, but also improve the ability of crisis management and good image of enterprise. Furthermore it also has possibility of enhancing enterprise essential competitive ability. Based on this conclusion, this paper will research the enterprise crisis management in terms of information communication. This paper analyzes the enterprise crisis management from the aspect of information communication (non-technology methods).The paper mainly explores the topic from 6 aspects. Firstly, the paper mainly introduces the background and purpose, makes a research on the relative theories, and discusses the concept of crisis management, the theory of crisis management, the theory of information communication, the connection between crisis management and information communication and the theory of performance evaluation.Secondly, the paper constructs an information communication system in terms of enterprise crisis management, and analyzes the running mechanism. Thirdly, the paper focuses on information communication within internal enterprise. This paper analyzes and emphasizes the importance of information communication to enterprise crisis management, and discusses the channel among enterprise internal information, which is the clearance in the channel of internal information communication to prevent possibility of the information filter, reduce the information distortion to ensure the crisis information prompt delivery.Fourthly, the basic methods used to communication within internal enterprise are presented, especially internet communication.Fifthly, this paper notes a serial question which might occur during communication inside internal enterprise. Furthermore, presents how to create a proper and steady environment within enterprise.Sixthly, the paper studies the information communication between enterprise and outside objects. In this area, the information communication between enterprise and customers is primarily introduced, and this paper analyzes the importance of communicating with customers, the method on how to communicate with victim of crisis event, media and government.
