The Studies On The Income-increasing Of Shanxi Peasants After Reforming And Opening

Abstract:Shanxi is located in the middle area of China,whose population of peasants occupies two-thirds of the whole Shanxi population,leading to make it become one of the most important problems to the economy of Shanxi.The 13^th-year-plan of Shanxi clearly pointed that we must achieve the income of citizens and peasants in 2020 will be higher one time than that in 2010.However,it is prompt to deeply research and resolve the ways to increasing the Shanxi Peasants.This paper takes Shanxi farmers'income problem as the research object,and aims to build a perspective from long-term mechanism to increase farmers'income.And as the income distribution theory of Marxism,exploration from Marxism of Three Rural Issue and Scientific Outlook on Development as the theoretical guidance.Combining theory with practice,literature research method and data statistical analysis method etc..Through analyzing the characteristic of income of farmers in Shanxi since reform and opening,then finding out the restrictive factors of increasing farmers'income in Shanxi,and exploring effective measures to promote farmers'income in Shanxi.First,this paper analysis the conditions of income of farmers in Shanxi since the reform and open up from the longitudinal time,transverse dimensions of the space which draws a conclusion that farmers in Shanxi have lower income in the long term.This paper makes a comprehensive and profound analysis of related factors which affecting farmers'income in Shanxi from the historical,natural,social,cultural four aspects.And from a practical standpoint,illustrating the adverse impacts of production and life of peasants and social development caused by peasant's income increasing slowly in Shanxi.For changing he status of Shanxi farmers'low income,this paper argues that should give full play to natural advantages of Shanxi and development characteristics of agricultural products;promoting the construction of agricultural infrastructure continually,accelerating the development of agricultural science and technology,and creating a management road of agricultural modernization;Intensifying the construction of urbanization and new countryside,making various polices which in favor of farmer income perfectly and strengthening the training of rural labor and agricultural personnel.All this series of measures to change the status of Shanxi farmers'low income,the realization of Shanxi farmers'income increasing continually,and the economic and social development in Shanxi has a certain practical significance from ancient to modern.
