The Research On Safety Assessment Of Arable Land In Shaanxi Province

Land resources as a scarce natural resources restricts the survival and development of mankind. At present, the rapid economic development of shaanxi province, population and cultivated land,farming and construction land exists serious contradiction. Influence of cultivated land resource security has become an important problem of the sustainable development of society. In order to ensure safety of Shaanxi province and realizing sustainable development, analyzing the cultivated land security situation and the security assessment research has important significance.From the actual situation of the cultivated land resources in Shaanxi province, combining the cultivated land resource security situation, considering the security of the land quantity,land quality and land ecology , selecting different evaluation index and evaluation method, analyzes the cultivated land security situation of Shaanxi province. This paper will be divided into six parts:The first part is the introduction. The main topics of this paper are the background, purpose and significance, the study at home and abroad, the thought of the paper and the possibility of innovation.The second part is cultivated land resource status analysis of Shaanxi province. This part mainly includes the research area, and cultivated land capacity index analysis of stress.The third part is the quantity of cultivated land security analysis of Shaanxi province. On the analysis of the quantity of cultivated land under the premise of safety evaluation index system, selecting 2001-2008 the quantity of cultivated land security comprehensive evaluation value.The fourth part is the quality of cultivated land security analysis of Shaanxi province. Selection evaluation index, the quality of cultivated land area of Shaanxi province 107 security situation assessment, using GIS software, draw the county level of the quality of cultivated land .The fifth part is the ecology of cultivated land analysis security of Shaanxi province. Useing "pressure - state - response" (P - (S) - (R) evaluation mode, adopting fuzzy evaluation method for the 2008 Shaanxi cultivated land ecological security situation assessment model, the level of security in proportion. The sixth part is the countermeasures of cultivated land protection.
