The Path Selection On Chinese Peasants' Income Increasing

At present, the problems of Chinese peasants'income increasing become the first focus of china society, and it also was the important work of china government. At the beginning of 2010, the increase of peasants'income has been emphasized in a form of"First Document"from the Central Government. The essential nature of"three-dimensional rural issues"is the problem of peasants'income increasing. Also, it is a fundamental demand in the scientific outlook on development as well as the construction of harmony society, which causes a high value on peasants'income from the China Communist and Central Government. With this background, we want to explore an effective way in realizing the China peasants'income increasing through the research of the path of the China peasants'income increasing. And we also want to put forward some available advice for the"three-dimensional rural issues"The paper is composed of four Chapters. The first chapter introduce the background of the paper first, the significance and meaning of the paper, the thread of this paper and the main research methods, and the innovation, At last. Our research belongs to application study, we adopted a systematic analysis in the paper, and applied a great deal of statistic data in our study.In the second chapter, we used mass data to analysis the income actuality of Chinese peasants. The paper analyses the information of Chinese peasants'income from some sectors: the change of Chinese peasants'gross income, the change of Chinese peasants'income structure, the change of the gap of citizen and peasants'income, and the meaning of Chinese peasants'income increasing. We drew a conclusion: the increasing of Chinese peasants'gross income was slow, and the gap between Chinese citizens and Chinese peasants was extend. The increase of Chinese peasants'income has political and economic meaning and we must take any measure to do it.The third chapter was the core of the paper. The paper devided the Chinese peasants'income into three parts from the analysis of chapter two, they were: the income of household work, salary, property income and the transfer payment from the exchequer. On the base of the dual structure theory, human capital theory and equity theory, the paper analyze every path which was used to improve the Chinese peasants'income. And we want to find the restrict factor of the path.In fourth chapter, we put forward many policy proposals according to the restrict factor of the path. We want to eliminate the restriction of these factors to income increasing path of Chinese peasants and raised it.
