Study On The Farmers' Income Increasing Harmoniously Under The Vision Of New Countryside Construction

The proposal of the 11^th five-year plan on national economy and social development made by the central committee If the Party which was considered and passed by the fifth plenum of the 16^th central committee, based on the overall situation If socialist modernization, clearly stated out that it is very important to deal with the problem of " agriculture, rural area and peasant" . We should carry out the policy If industry nurture-back agriculture, city support countryside and the neo-countryside development. The purpose of the policy is to improve the poor face of countryside. To improve peasants' living level of mater and civilization, it's crucial to increase peasants' income. After releasing agricultural tax, the peasants' income increases quickly during a short time, however, to keep up with residents' income increasing, much difficulty lives yet.
