The Study On Construction Of The New Pastoral In Inner Mongolia

After lodged the construction of socialist modernization and the all-round construction of well-off society, our country once again lodged an important strategic decision that is the construction of socialism new countryside and new pasture. this concept leads comprehensive attention among the academe and political.and arised an atomphere of building new countryside and new pasture. Researches in the past focuses mainly on qualitative and quantitative research and analysis are less in Inner Mongolia, especially the study of new pasture construction is more rare.Based on the existing research basis, combining with the actual situation of Inner Mongolia's pasturing areas ,this paper established new evaluation index system. Through the analysis and evaluation of the 24 town's construction of new pastures, this paper further clarifies the procedure of counstructing socialism new countryside and new pasture and the obsticals of construting new country side and new pasture as well. And presented the proposals and measures to solve this problems.The statistics shows the construction of new pasture results during 2006-2008. In 2006 65.64%, in 2007 68.44%,in 2008 71.43%. The western region, Erdos as an example, established better then other places. 2008 Etuq town completed the construction of the new pastoral 86.96% .From the analysis of all criterias ,we know the areas which has a better earnings established better in construting of new pasture, infrastructure construction standard is another critical criteria for the quality of new pasture construction. low participating health care and endowment insurance rate is very outstanding.
