Pharmaceutical industry has become an important part of GDP. The marketing employees in the pharmaceutical industry are essential factors, the most important resources and direct source of enterprise efficiency. So the research on their performance is an important way to improve personal and organizational performance.Aiming at the marketing employees in the pharmaceuticals industry, this paper studies the personal qualities, organizational environment, social environment and individual performance, analyzes the influence about the first factors on individual performance, and proposes the performance index about pharmaceutical marketers.The paper includes four parts. The first part analyzes the writing background and significance; the second part analyzes and summarizes the factors affecting the performance of marketing staff on the basis of related theories and the interviews and case study, while laying a good foundation for subsequent empirical study. The third part is the questionnaire survey on the marketing personnel in the pharmaceutical company. This process confirms the factors impacting the performance of marketing employees in pharmaceutical industry. The factor analysis is used initially to divide the factors of different types into different dimensions. Then the relevant analysis identifies the relationship between the different dimensions and individual performance. And the performance index about pharmaceutical marketers is proposed finally. On the basis of these studies, the forth part proposes the measures for the operation of performance evaluation in enterprise effectively and the forecast.
