Studies On Marketing Staff Performance Appraisal In Hunan Spring Pharmaceutical Industry

Performance appraisal is a critical means and methods of modern enterprise management. As the industry which is closely related to people’s health, pharmaceutical industry has become an important part of national economy; its benefits concern not only the national stability but also the development of enterprise. As essential factors, the marketing employees are the direct source of creating enterprise efficiency. Therefore, performance management and appraisal for marketing staff can more directly and more effectively to improve the competitiveness and management level; besides, it is a high quality, high efficiency and energy efficiency way of sustainable development.This paper takes XIANG QUAN pharmaceutical Co., Ltd as the research object, starting with the theories and methods of performance appraisal and clarifying the basis of current assessment index system and appraisal principles, and then make further study to point out the problems of performance assessment by means of on-the-spot interview. Based on the actual characteristics of marketing employees in XIANG QUAN pharmaceutical Co., Ltd and use the key performance indicators (KPI)evaluation method to extend the current index system, this study designed a sales staff performance appraisal system which were constructed by performance, ability and attitude and put forward relevant countermeasures to guarantee the implementation of performance appraisal.As the core of corporation performance management, performance appraisal index system is the carrier of characteristics and culture of enterprise. The optimization of original index system is aim to promote staff development and competitiveness of XIANG QUAN pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd, make a little contribution for perfecting assessment system of sales staff in the pharmaceutical industry at the same time.
