Research On The Technological Innovation Mechanism Of Enterprises Based On Industrial Cluster

Since the 20th century, the scholars in the fields of management, economics, sociology and geography have made a large number of researches on the phenomena of industrial cluster. Now there are different types of industrial clusters around the world, and the"clusters"become the birthplace of technological innovation in many countries and regions. With the rapid development of economic globalization, increasingly the technological innovation relies on the cooperation between enterprises and the interaction between the enterprises and other actors in the cluster network system. Cluster plays a more and more important role in deciding the technological innovation of enterprise, region and nation. There are clear interactions between industrial cluster and technological innovation of enterprises, the technological innovation of enterprises can promote the continuous development of industrial cluster, and industrial cluster can provide the enterprises with a good environment for technological innovation.It's a systematic project to research the technological innovation mechanism under the background of industrial cluster, we should think about why industrial cluster can bring competitive advantage for technological innovation of enterprise, what's the difference between the enterprises in the cluster and enterprises out of the cluster on technological innovation, what are the reasons which promote the technological innovation of enterprise in the cluster, how do the enterprise achieve the technological innovation. According to this idea, this paper studies on the technological innovation mechanism of the enterprises in the cluster from cluster environment and network system, dynamic factors of innovation and the accomplishment process, and these three aspects interconnect together, form the continuous cycling new system mechanism of the technological innovation activities of the enterprise in the cluster.Therefore, at first this paper discusses the relative theory of the domestic and abroad scholars'studying on industrial cluster and technological innovation, and propose the researching question, main content, researching methods and the innovative points; Secondly, this paper researches the environment and network system of technological innovation based on industrial cluster. The research indicates, comparing to the enterprises which are out of the cluster, the cluster environment and network system make the enterprises in the cluster have more competitive advantage on the technological innovation; Thirdly, this paper analyzes the dynamic factors of the enterprise technological innovation based on the industrial cluster. The clusters bring the competitive advantage for the innovation of enterprises, what are the dynamic factors which promote the technological innovation of the enterprises in the cluster. So this part analyzes the dynamic of the enterprise innovation in the endogenous and exogenous clusters; then this paper researches the accomplishment process of the enterprise technological innovation, it's a systematic process of collaborative process to the cluster innovative process, essentially the innovative process is a studying process among the main innovative factors; at last, taking the electronic information industry of Tianjin Binhai New Area as an example, it explores the contents of this article from an empirical perspective further.
