Comparing with the fierce competition of the modern companies, improving the human resource development has become one of the strategic requirement of companies. In a long term, the development of training performance evaluation is far behind training in our country, cause the shortage of training performance evaluation tools and ignoring the importance of training performance evaluation. Training performance evaluation as one of the key sector of training, is kind of feedback to training achievement.This text based on Kirkpatrick four hierarchy evaluation mode, analyzed the weakness of L1, L2 and L3 evaluation, promoted the value of L4 evaluation. According to the principles above and our business practice, the author set up business training performance evaluation L4's index system, and research particularly of authority distribution and evaluation method of each index. Thus, Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation method is described elaborately and used in results level training performance evaluation. In this text, the author analyzed the effective sectors referring to L4's training performance evaluation of the corporation, and gave some advices to improve and perfect the training performance evaluation.The application methods and evaluation process of L4 training is of great significance to those corporations who still only use L1, L2 and L3 evaluation.
