Nowadays,one important task faced by enterprises is to advance the core competition ability,because talents are the competition key among enterprises, advancing the core competition ability needs to improve qualities of staff, Training will have significant help for improving qualities of staff. Training that can directly improve the ability of employees is one of six modules in human resources management. But what about the training effect? How to adopt an effective method to evaluate the effect?The answer is to make efforts in training evaluation.Training evaluation can help enterprises integrate training resources, therefore, we can say that training evaluation is important.This paper analyzes the existing evaluation theory,methods and model firstly,then bast on the Kirkpatrick's four—level model, this paper introduces a training effect evaluation model that is fit for the company's characteristics. On the basis of hearing the opinions of experts in the company, referring to some literatures, this thesis designs the training evaluation indicators and their standards, and then bringing AHP to distribute the weight,adopt the FCE to calculate the training effect,use the T test to analyze the evaluation data.ultimately, uses this model to evaluate a training item in the company. the adaptability andreality is tested through the evaluation of Four levels—Reaction,learning,behavior and outcome.
