Under the rapid development of human, finance, material and information resources in organisations, the importance of people with ability is understanded by more and more people. Train employees can be seen as an important means of training, which is corcerned by all levels in corporations. How to evaluate the effects of training and the result of training can be affected by what factors become an important task of human resource management.This paper introduced several current applications of evaluate training effect. It focused on analyzing the Kirkpatrick four models which is the model has been used comprehensive. It based on the methods of collection of samples, the survey interviews, data analysis and other methods to analyse studnents by gender, job, work experience, curriculum, etc. to analyse the assessment of the training effect. And drawn the conclusions that gender does not affect training evaluation ,while different job or work experiece, curriculum will lead to different evaluation result.Through a combination analysis of corporate training and practial experience in researches, it gave some advice to solve the problems in the company's training. Hope it will redound to improve the effectiveness of the enterprise training, and provide a reference to the human resource managers.
