Strengthen corporate training not only helps keep employees and businessdevelopment simultaneously, reducing the gap between business goals and the quality ofstaff development, but also helps in the new competitive environment and enhance theirstrategic goals and sustainable development. Despite the current generation enterprises inChina given enough attention to the training work, assessment of the trainingeffectiveness are lacking of sufficient attention, such as the grasp of the influencingfactors of training effectiveness, how to effectively avoid or take advantage of thesefactors in training, and the single evaluation method and so on. It is not only related tothe summary of the current training effect, but also related to establishment of thetraining plan and the implementation of science. Therefore, the paper conducts the effectevaluation and empirical study of the generation enterprise based on Kirkpatrick andDEA model in order to optimize the staff training evaluation system. It has importantresearch value and practical significance.Firstly, the paper describes the background and significance of the study, reviewsthe research on the training effectiveness assessment at home and abroad, and elaboratesthe theory of training effectiveness assessment. Secondly, the comparative Pros and consof corporate training research through the evaluation model, building enterprise trainingeffect evaluation index system and evaluation model based on Kirkpatrick’s four levels.Finally, this paper chooses State Grid Xin Yuan Company Limited as a research object.On the one hand, based on the storage power station human resource developmentstrategic planning, as well as, it conducts SWOT analysis based on the company’s overallstrategic planning and market environmental; On the other hand, based on the analysis ofproblems which existed in the company training effect evaluation, using DEA method toconstruct the input and output index to calculate the data, and then put forwardcorresponding countermeasures and suggestions for Xin Yuan Company according to thecalculation. The results not only have important practical significance for trainingimplementation and impact assessment of State Grid Xin Yuan Company Limited, butalso have a certain reference value of other related enterprises.
