In recent years, many foreign hotels have been entered and stationed in China; in the competition, they take an unshakable advantage with their own management. The private hotel ,an important part of China's hotels, are also beginning to evaluate and promote their management, and put some new management ideas and management methods out .But research on evaluation of private hotel is seldom conducted, and can't meet the practice's need. This paper, standing on the this strategic management, studies the private hotel's performance evaluation in Shaoxing: firstly, it reviews the private hotel's characteristics and performance evaluation; and then on this basis of BSC (Balanced Scorecard related theory) ,the author builds the indicator system of performance evaluation; the last ,it puts the system into the practice in Baiyun hotel and on the basis of the result ,it proposes some related measures and countermeasures. |
