E-business refers to all the kinds of business activities which center on exchanging commodities by using electronic means. E-business is with an open, global, low-cost and high-efficiency inherent characteristic. Under the environment of e-business, customers demand strict distribution time, which makes logistics enterprises raise logistics level to deliver goods which customers need to them as far as possible in the shortest time. Therefore, a highly efficient logistics system is particularly important, and as the logistics infrastructure-Distribution Center, it will have a decisive influence on the rational operation of the entire system and social benefits of circulation of commodities whether the layout of distribution center is reasonable or not. Therefore, the study of current location for distribution centers has become a hot spot for logistics development. Generally speaking, only considered is the weight of side in the traditional location model, but in real life we often have to consider more factors, Such as the amount of data need to be handled in different regions(weights of nodes). The solution of the problem how to properly handle the weights of nodes to enable them to effectively respond to actual needs is very important.Main work is as follows.1. The article deeply analyzes the qualitative factors and quantitative factors of location-selection for the distribution center, taking into account the two factors in the location-selection for the distribution center, the location of the Optimal points has been carried out through the combination of AHP and Weighted Steiner tree problem;2. In order to transform the Weighted Steiner tree problem into traditional Steiner tree problem, this article proposed a model of Assessment method.we transform the node's weight into edge's weight using this model; In order to keep the meanings of the edge's weight and the node's weight uniform, we transform the edge's distance weight into edge's cost weight;3. We solve the traditional Steiner tree problem using the loop modification algorithm based on Destroying Loop Rule and introduce the Agent thinking in solve the algorithm. Experimental results show the loop modification algorithm based on Destroying Loop Rule embodies superiority compared with the optimal algorithm, The algorithm is avoided getting into local optimum, and the flexibility of the algorithm is increased;4. And putting these location technology to deal with the location module of distribution information platform in small and medium sized logistics enterprises.
