The Study On The Contemporary Managemental Labour

In the present age , social production work, especially the scientific labour and managemental labour, changes greatly, and has played a more and more important role in the large-scale social production.So it is necessary to research the management -al labour, especially its it's attribution and the problem that if it attributes to create the value. And after that,it's better to make an explanation the real problem and solve theoretical debates by using the labour theory of value that be much better improved.First, Part I of the thesis has mainly traced the Marx's theory about the managemental labour and has analyzed its time limitation.Marx thinks that the managemental labour is to have dual character's . Judging from the natural process the managemental labour is one kind of productive labor, but judging from human relations in society angles, it is that one kind of exploitation works. So the cause of management is also dual. Then, Marx has analysed that the functions of management are planning , supervising , harmonying and commanding and exploitation function as the capital's function.Then, the form or way of the capitalism management labour is autocratic.Marx thinks that the managemental labour is to belong to the population-labour , judging from the natural process ,and as a result is to belong to the productive labor creating value. At last, Marx thought that aftering having separated the proprietary rights and the administrative power,the capitalists have removed from manufacturing management process, whose effect has disappeared as a result.But as a result of the time limitation, the Marx's theory about the managemental labour also has certain limitation. First, the breadth and the depth of the discussion about the management by Marx are insufficient. At the same time, when Marx discussed the form of the managemental labour,he also came under the time influence. Because Marx wrote "Das Kapital" is to criticize the capitalism system, realizes liberation of the proletariat, so the Marx's theory about the managemental labour emphasized the exploitative attribution of the managemental labour. Then, the biggest limitation of the Marx's theory about the managemental labour is to lie in lacking the theory of value, namely lacking to research the question of how the managemental labour creates value.The secondary , Part II of the thesis has discussed the change and developing of managemental labour in the present age. First,the extension of the managemental labour in the present age have expanded greatly. Management is not only microcosmic business administration, but also the industry administration by a Taoist temple and macroscopic country's social economic management.Secondly,the present age enterprise management's contents change significantly,and the management priority arriving at from direct manufacturing management to administrations such as marketing management , uncertainty administration and strategic management . At the same time, in the present age administration works is more complicated,knowledgeable,professional and strongly innovative,and the means of the managemental labour is scientific and the form of organization of management tends to democratic. This is also the characteristic of management labour in the present age.Thereby with the development of dividing of the work and competing with the socializing of production,the role that the managemental labour plays in the large-scale social production is more and more big,and this has not been that are what the Marx times can compare.The attribution of the managemental labour in the present age also changed.This thesis thinks that in the present age the productive attribution of the managemental labour in west capitalism strengthens to some extent,but it's exploitive attribute does not change at all,but change in the form of exploitation happened and concealed more. Therefore we should distinguish it's administration to some extent. And among socialism public-owned enterprises, although the exploitation of managment has disappeared, contradicts between the director and the quilt director still exist,so it should appropriate to solve the problem.And we need to reinforce and improve the level of the administration in public-owned enterprises.And there are some new characteristics of the attribution of the managemental labour in unpublic-owned enterprises,that it's range of exploitation is comparatively narrow , and and contradicts between capital and labour is nonantagonistic and is restricted by the socialist state.At the present stage, because our country productivity still bends,we not only need to restrict exploitation of the private entrepreneur,but also need to pay attention to bringing it's productive function to serve for socialist construction.Part III of this thesis is to study the problem that if the managemental labour can create the value. Thesis sets the angle from Marx's dual labour character, pointing out that the abstract of the managemental labour creates the substance of value,for it's need stronger consumption of brain power and it's value of labour power is stronger. And as the concrete labour the managemental labour is able to create out matter agents , namely the use-value. And, this shows on it's more and more big effect in large-scale social production. This mainly embodies in the managemental labour improving the level of the division of work and cooperating, reducing the social uncertainty and risk of the production, improving the work efficiency and saving work hours by allocating the various resource,creating bigger beneficial results by various administrative innovation. Then in the present age the managemental labour as a result is to create the value.
