Recruitment is a precondition and foundation on human resource management of enterprise,recruitment is not only necessary at the beginning of enterprises’ establishment, but also in theirdevelopment and expansion, enterprises are injected by “fresh blood” which supply power and vitality toboth growth and sustainable development, further core competitiveness of enterprises are promoted.However, recruitment of enterprises is the complicated task with requirement of systematic management.China has a population of13billion, with popularity of9-year compulsory education, people pay moreattention to education. She also has sufficient labors whose capability and comprehensive quality areimproved gradually. Competition of modern enterprise is the completion of talents, thus more and moreenterprises come to realize the importance of talents and a strong emphasis is showed on recruitment,however various problems, reflecting the recruitment of enterprises can’t keep up with the theirdevelopmental rhythm, often turn up in the practical recruitment of enterprises, therefore reform isimperative under the circumstances.With research object of the recruitment system in C company in industry of real estate, on the basis ofhuman resource managemental theories at home and abroad, the paper focus on status of recruitment in CCompany and the emergence of practical problems during the processes of recruitment, in the view ofenterprise management, analyzing comprehensively and effectively human resource planning, selection onchannels of recruitment, personnel assessment and recruitment evaluation, etc, finally, improvementstrategy along with its guarantee measures are put forward according to recruitment system of C Company,that is expected to be solutions to practical problems in recruitment of C Company.
