| Traditional energy strategy has led to international energy crisis and environmental problems which become increasingly severe. The development of new energy has become an inevitable choice. Photovoltaic attracts close attention in many countries and regions all over the world due to its unparalleled advantages. Since China has been taking the traditional path of industrialization and traditional energy strategy, energy crisis is becoming more severe in particular. We have abundant solar resources and silicon ore reserves, which provide us an adorable leverage for the development of China's PV industry. Given the tact that PV industry is in disorder presently, it is believed that how to formulate a reasonable development strategy has very important significance for the healthy development of China's PV industry.Nowadays, the domestic studies mostly focus on the enterprise development strategy and give less attention to the industry development strategy. Researches on China's photovoltaic industry development strategy are basically confined to a specific enterprise or a certain region. For this reason, this paper studies the PV industry development strategy and related guarantee measures mainly from a perspective of macro-view.This paper highlights the problems and developing trends of China's PV industry based on an industry chain analysis. Then, it analyzes the strategic environment of the PV industry both in this country and abroad by using some analysis tools such as PEST, SWOT, Porter's five forces model of competition, industrial life-cycle analysis and so on. Based on above analysis, this paper puts forward five development strategies including industrial chain strategy, technology development strategy, industrial cluster strategy, contra-international strategy and workable competition strategy, as well as some corresponding guarantee measures.Finally, this paper analyzes current problems of China's PV industry development strategy and presents some related solutions. |
