| 21st century changed by fast development of IT industry,this has brought up the enormous market chance for native IT enterprises.China IT industry is radiating out the surprising vitality.The marker competition is becoming more and more keen.But opportunity and challenge coexist.In the face of the basically ripe pattern of the world IT industry,nowadays IT market's competition situation has already entered the fierce state gradually.The market competition has already extended from the pure quantity and price to the channel,brand,service etc.In the fierce market competition,the living space of IT distribution channel corporation is pushed.This makes severe challenges to the traditional distribution channel and leads the IT corporation to change their management mode.This thesis discusses the TR technology Co.Ltd.After narrating the history and development of the company,we analysis its main business.Then we excavate and sum up the factors,evaluate standard and selecting method if adopt(),extraordinary,using a quantitative method as the Fuzzy Synthesize Evaluation Method to select the agents.Based on fuzzy comprehensive appraisal theory,by using AHP(Analytical hierarchy process),the decision-making process of dealership is quantized,then avoiding the influence of subject factors.By modeling,we minimize the average lead time and the total operating costs of the system per period.Then we discuss the management model of the branch.Finally we indicate the way of development of domestic channel corporation in present and in the future.The thesis provides the theoretical guide and actual methods for the transformation and development of IT distribution channel corporation.It supplies means for enterprises'further development.During the Proeess of the vast change from the industrialization soeiety to the information-based society and the realization of economic development in China,the IT distribution channel corporation did major contribution.However , most of them could be eliminated in the market competition.Based on the above facts,this thesis explores to develop a strategic problem and to give some constructiving opinions for the companies. |
