In the past decade years, the annual growth rate of domestic automobile industry keeps 20% or more. China has evolved to the biggest automobile producer in the global context now, and the automobile logistic also developed rapidly. But China is not an automobile produce power. The automobile logistic is even lagging more. So far in China, most automobile producers manage logistic by itself, especially the parts inbound logistics. As is well known, the operation of parts inbound logistics is difficult because of its complexity. The purpose of this paper is to optimize the parts inbound logistics mode by supply-chain management theory application, and analyze the parts inbound logistics operation from the perspective of technology and application. Design economical and rational parts inbound logistics solutions for automobile producer.As the automobile industry more intense competitive environment, automobile producer in order to expand the market while reducing costs, many automobile producers use just-in-time procurement strategy. In this paper, take a large automobile producer in central China as an example, propose the inadequats of parts inbound logistics mode which is implementing on the base of detailed research. Design the parts inbound logistics architecture and its key step milk-run on the need of automobile producer. Especially a more in-depth analysis on the vehicle routing problem(VRP), calculate the paths with improved particle swarm optimization. Optimized program may help automobile producer to reduce inventory, reduce supply chain costs, enhance vehicle manufacturers of the parts into the factory process control, and enhance the competitiveness of the enterprise market, while achieving a win-win with suppliers and logisticers after comprehensive comparative analysis.
