Research Of Time Quota Calculation Based On Group Technology

The calculation of Time Quota is one of the basic production management work.It is not only the main basis of enterprise theory of cost accounting and reasonable production plan,but also the important technical basis of labour productivity raising and workers' performance evaluation.This paper mainly studies Group Technology's application in the calculation of process Time Quota. First, choose Encoding Classification to group parts. According to JLBM-1 classification and coding system, improve the defect,and encode parts. Then combining parts production process, formulate similarity criteria and group parts according to process similarity.For typical processes of each group, apply Work Study to Time Quota standard research. Select typical processes in each process group according to the method of composite process route. Through Motion Study analyse operators' scientific and reasonable operating methods, through Time Study determine typical process time quota,then compile verified data into a table to form typical process time quota standard, as basis of similar process time quota calculation.Select Back Propagation (BP neural network) to calculate similar process time quota. Classify time quota standard tables according to inductive method, and for every type of standard to create a neural network model to simulate it. According to the impact parameters of time quota, design neural network's structure and parameters, then select data from standard tables as samples to train the neural network, analyse simulation results to confirm feasibility and superiority of neural network method in time quota calculation.
