Many products have characters of a long production period, the quality requirements, and the close relationship between the various professional collaborations, and various variables of production, so the designs of its parts and all phases, manufacturing quality, and the production cycle have direct impact on business credit, product cost, and enterprise's economic efficiency. To improve the efficiency of production management and ensure full implementation of the order contract, we must have scientific management measures and advanced production organization styles. To take what theories and methods of production management, in particular, what theories and methods of single piece and small batch production, as well as how to combine to form an organic system, these problems have been explored continually by SHZ company. I am a production manager in SHZ company, and personally participate in the process of the production. Through continuous learning and summarize, I created a large-scale single production control system. The system is proved effective and successful in practice.
