The Annoyance Of A Large-scale Grain-production Househould

Since China’s reform and opening-up, the household contract responsibility system of the rural area in our country gives the full autonomy to famers, mobilized farmers’ enthusiasm to be engaged in agricultural production, breathed life into the agricultural development, also played an irreplaceable role to ensure China’s food security. However, with the reformation of the household registration system and the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization in recent years, more and more farmers running away from rural area into city in order to pursue the maximization of income, causing a large number of rural land have been abandoned, the bonus of the household contract responsibility system are disappearing. Based on this, the central and local governments have issued a series of preferential policies to encourage farmers to grow food, to support the development of new agricultural management main body, to promote large-scale agriculture operation to ensure food safety. The group of large-scale grain-production household emerged in this social background, their emergence marks the transformation of the mode of agricultural operation, but also reflects the direction of development of agricultural productivity. At present, there are a lot of study about management behavior and planting intentions of the traditional farmers, but the research on large-scale grain-production household are slightly not enough. Do further research on the management behavior of large-scale grain-production household are extremely important to norm the management behavior, increase food production and profits under the background of food security. This paper based on the project that called "the observation of hundreds villages" of Huazhong Normal University, trying to use "comb theories——import case——describe processes——analysis and interpretation——put forward policy recommendations" this research route. Taking Wang Hongliang who is the large-scale grain-production household of Bofeng Village in Hunan Province as the object of study. Describing before, during or after the early rice production of the large-scale grain-production household by case study method. This article reveals that the large-scale grain-production household facing some annoyances during the process of the production and operation, and put forward thinking about the conditions needed for development of grain production at present.
