However, the smallfarmers increase unit area production has been very difficult by dispersed business who relyon the household contract responsibility system.In recent years, the main goal pursued bymany farmers is to increase grain yields. They start inter-district, cross village into the land,across the chariot to operate professional, forming large-scale grain-production households.The emergence of large-scale grain-production households has played a significant rolein improving the food production conditions and the per unit area yield of grain. Large-scalegrain-production households have innate advantage in mechanization level and the scientificfarming, etc, which can form a economies of scale, further improve the yield of grain. So todevelop the Large-scale grain-production households become necessary. The food securityof China depends on Henan and grain production of Henan depends on improving per unitarea yield of grain which relying on developing Large-scale grain-production households,promoting the large-scale cultivation of grain. So the research on The current situation, problems and development countermeasures of large-scale grain-production households isof great significance.This article researches current situation of the development of large-scale, analyzes thegrain production efficiency and development bottleneck based on the data obtained fromquestionnaires of100large-scale grain-production households in Sheqi County, Henan.Specifically, on the one hand, basic situation and grain to grain big benefit statisticaldescription analysis, grain obtained in the planting of large grain scale operation benefitbrought by the basic situation, as well as benefit and household income, family structure,family per capita arable land area of agricultural labor force characteristics of populationand family relationship; Then through with small farmers income in Henan provinceduring the period of comparison, draw a grain large scale benefit is remarkable, shouldfurther promote the development of large-scale grain-production households. According tothe related factors in the development of large-scale grain-production households’ analysis,find out the reason of influence of large-scale grain-production households furtherdevelopment. On the other hand, using the method of statistical description of large-scalegrain-production households management attitude and willingness of behavior and cognitiveanalysis, concluded that grain itself exists in the process of large scale factors, and demandfor related services and government policy, put forward the government should be furtherimproved in the support the development of large grain policy method and system.Through the above research, the basic conclusion of this paper is:(1) Large-scalegrain-production households in Henan province grain large scale than small farmersmanagement way with the same period, large grain in further increase in grain production ofHenan province ’income and the improvement of comprehensive agricultural process playsan important role, in particular, land utilization, agricultural mechanization degree and grainyield were higher than that of small farmers to operate;(2) The present stage of Henan grainbig development is rapid, but there are many unfavorable factors in the process of furtherdevelopment;(3) Large-scale grain-production households’ willingness to expand thescale of land management strongly, but the government service and the imperfect system ofrestricting its further development;(4) In the process of large-scale grain-productionhouseholds further development, government guidance and the service still plays animportant role.
