Considering the commercial banks have more advantage in our country, this will not only promote the development of enterprise annuity, but also provide the most important access for commercial bank winning more annuity business. The article sets out to undertake discussing how commercial bank can achieve better and faster development in the new times. Firstly it analyzes the agent of participating in the trustee business, including confronting the competitive forces, cultivating a new business and profit growth. After that the factors constraining development are analyzed from two aspects. Externally, the idea of the trust is faulty in our country and any legislation on occupational pension is hardly. Internally, lack of marketing capability and comprehensive investment management ability is serious element. At last some strategies and proposals are brought forward in profits of the overseas experience. Bettering the exterior environment and improving competitive capability are the integral development strategy. Enhancing product design, perfecting marketing system and strengthening risk control are the suggestion about the implementation.
