China Post bears to the social obligation of the national postal service in general. The original regulations and the State Post Bureau are responsible for sector management in 2006 after postal reform. The China Post is established to be charge of the business part. The Corporation needs a comprehensive, consistent human resource management model. The model can effectively integrate internal and external human resources information.This article includes four parts:First, the article introduces the development of the China Post, illustrate content and significance of the research. Second, the article discusses the profile and business model of the China Post, analysis of the characteristics of human resource management. Demonstrate the necessity of human resource management information system. Third, the article using information systems planning method in the BSP for target decomposition and analysis. Fourth, China Post demands for information system construction out the objectives and principles, and use ESB to establish interfaces with other business systems.There are two points of the features in the paper:Firstly, the China Post Group of human resource management on the characteristics and problems of personnel conduct a comprehensive systematic construction of information management. To China Post Group's human resources in the system to achieve the introduction and deployment of talent and departments, the rational allocation of post positioning, optimize personnel structure, strengthen the organization of the employee performance management, effective human resource management to help enterprises to improve efficiency.Secondly, the paper puts forward China Post Group human resource management information conversion program. This program meets the China Post of pay, performance, training, recruitment and other aspects of the special requirements of other business systems through the establishment of postal data interface of the sharing of human resources within the group to ensure consistency and accuracy of information. The program of the China Post has some reference to the domestic e-HR software products, and it is also a complementary market segments for e-HR.
