As the core of the enterprise, talent has become gradually significant in the21st century, which is closely linked with the development of the enterprise. Human Resource Management (HRM) plays a crucial role in optimizing personnel structure, establishing a reasonable compensation management and performance assessment system. Creating an atmosphere of incentive mechanism, comfortable workplace and self-learning environment is of vital significance to help establish a sound system of talent pool and team building, so as to achieve the effectiveness in enterprise human resource management.Global informatization is increasingly growing in recent years. The advent of the internet age and a variety of new technologies greatly promote the enterprise information construction and development. Accordingly, the progress of HRM information is strengthened. Being an important management tool, the information system provides effective technical support to guarantee a reasonable, systematic, convenient and automatic environment for HRM.The paper centers on the development of human resource management and human resource management information system. To better illustrate the topic, A bank is selected as an object of the study. To begin with, the current conditions of A Bank’s human resource management and HRM information system are fairly analyzed and elaborated, including its organization, regulation process, compensation system, performance assessment, as well as recruitment, training, compensation and performance management. Moreover, in allusion to the exposed problems in the HRM of A Bank, the paper adopts the domestic and international human resource management philosophy and system construction to restructure the multiple function modules, such as strategy, recruitment, training, compensation and performance management, and analyze the function of each module. Finally, requirements and notices when building the human resources management information system in the bank are further discussed.In conclusion, the study of the A Bank’s HRM system construction helps optimize its human resource management system, so as to further improve the meticulous management level and service level. It not only plays a positive role in promoting the progress of the businesses, but also gives a reference to other enterprises.
