At present,the company is facing increasingly fierce competition.Improving the efficiency of human resource management and organizational competitiveness is one of the effective strategies for the company to cope with competition.An important way to improve human resource management is information human resource management.Information-based human resource management refers to a new mode of comprehensive and open human resource management that takes advanced electronic information technology as the means and software system as the platform to realize low-cost,high-efficiency and all-staff participation in the management process and realize the strategic position of human resources.[1]After years of construction,C company has achieved certain results in the information of human resource management.This paper introduces the basic situation of the company from the aspects of organizational management,post management,training,performance management,salary management,employee career development,the status of the company's information infrastructure and the information level of management personnel.Through the investigation,the main problems faced by C company in the information management of human resources are summarized,including the shortage of capital and human resources investment,the lack of professional quality,the lack of innovative management consciousness,and the inadequacy of the company's information management system.On this basis,this paper collects and sorts out some research results of HRM information at home and abroad through literature research,analyzes and summarizes the theoretical basis of HRM information research,and investigates the actual situation of current market products.On the basis of full participation in the implementation process of a certain enterprise's human resource management information system,combined with relevant theoretical research,a questionnaire was designed to investigate the current use effect of the company's human resource management information system,and a set of enterprise human resource management information construction scheme was proposed.The work of this paper can provide a reference for similar companies human resource management information management practice.
