The Study Of Enterprise Culture's Impact On Its Technology Innovation Capability

With the arrival of the knowledge economy era, the market enterprises are facing is becoming more competitive. In the fierce competition if enterprises want to keep "inheritance evergreen", they must improve their own core competitiveness. But the core competitiveness of enterprises largely depends on enterprise technology innovation capability, especially its own independent innovation capability. So, study on how to enhance technology innovation capability become is important to every enterprise. There are many factors ,such as technology, market, culture, etc that Influences enterprise technology innovation. Among them, the enterprise culture is one of the factors. But, as non-technology factor, impact of enterprise culture on technology innovation is often ignored by enterprises, and eventually restricts the improvement of enterprise technology innovation capability. Therefore, the academia started to study the relationship between enterprise culture and technology innovation capability, but most of them did not systematically study the relationship between them, and the results are not significant. Based on this, the thesis studies the impact of enterprise culture on enterprise technology innovation capability by the empirical analysis and comparative analysis.First, this thesis make an definition to the enterprise culture and technology innovation capability. Then, based on the previous studies and research purpose and according to index system constructing principles, this paper aims to construct the evaluating index system of enterprise culture and technology innovation capability, select enterprises in China's Xinjiang and Kazakhstan as empirical research object, and obtain data from the questionnaire survey. Finally, carry on evaluations with the statistical analysis software SPSS16.0. According to the empirical results, verifies the influence of enterprise culture factors to enterprise technology innovation capability factors, and using comparative analysis, and find out the different typical pattern of enterprise culture and the innovation in China's Xinjiang and Kazakhstan.
