Analysis And Innovation Research On Enterprise Culture Of Xing Dong Mine

Chinese traditional energy storage is dominated mainly by coal.The coal reserves are large,and oil reserves are relatively small.Coal has been in the position of basic energy.Our country's energy structure will not change in the short term.Coal has always accounted for 60% of energy consumption.Over the years,coal enterprises have belonged to labor-intensive industry,which has formed the “low quality,heavy tools and inefficient work” concept by years.People's quality improvement and subjective initiative motivation are ignored.They pay much more attention on yield profit,and less attention on enterprise culture,which has been a formality and formalism.In recent years,with the adjustment of the national energy structure and the development of enterprise strategy,more and more domestic coal enterprises have begun to attach importance to the cultural research and exploration of the industry and their own enterprises.The vision,mission and values of the enterprise have been established,and they formed a characteristic representative enterprise culture.However,we are also aware that there are still many problems in the construction of enterprise culture.The construction of enterprise culture still has a long way to go,which is worthy of long-term exploration and research.In order to solve practical problems and apply knowledge,this paper takes Xing Dong Mine of Jizhong Energy Resources Co.,Ltd.as the research object,to conduct a comprehensive research and analysis of the enterprise culture of the coal mine.Firstly,this paper introduces the basic theories of enterprise culture by the literature review method,and the evolution of the culture development of Xing Dong Mine of Jizhong Energy Resources Co.,Ltd.by the method of document consultation.Secondly,it uses the field trip method to understand and analysis the current situation of enterprise culture of Xing Dong Mine,summarizes the achievements already made,and summarizes the core values of Xing Dong Mine's enterprise culture.Then,it finds the problems,shortcomings and coming task of Xing Dong Mine's enterprise culture by enumeration method.Finally,the paper points out the necessity of the innovative development of Xing Dong Mine's enterprise culture,clarifies the direction of development,and designs and locates the innovation and development of the Mine's enterprise culture.
