Post-evaluation Study On Zhaoxian Dashiqiao Substation Project

Post-project evaluation is completed the project investment objectives, implementation process, effectiveness, role and impact of systematic and objective analysis; through the summary and evaluation of decision-making and implementation of investment projects in various aspects, assessing whether the objectives of the project is expected to achieved, a plan is reasonable and effective, the main efficiency indicators are being achieved; through the analysis for success or failure, lessons learned, improving future projects provide reference for decision-making and management, thereby enhancing the overall efficiency of the project.In this paper, based on post-project evaluation of general theory and method, based on the analysis of actual investigation, combined with the actual situation of Zhaoxian Dashiqiao 110KV substation project, using analytic hierarchy process and other methods, using integrated project evaluation index system, post-evaluate Zhaoxian Dashiqiao 110KV substation projects , evaluation results show that: Zhaoxian Dashiqiao 110KV substation project post-evaluation is good, but in all evaluation the continuing evaluation of the project still exists. Based on evaluation results, proposed research prospect, has a certain practical value, have referential significance to future projects management decisions.
