| This paper analysised the 220 kV substation engineering project of Xinglongzhuang, the establishment of a Xinglongzhuang substation project comprehensive evaluation index system, as substation project evaluation involves many factors, in order to combine the subjective and objective, using AHP to determine the weight of each evaluation, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is introduced into transformer stations, comprehensive evaluation of the project, and to 220 kV substation Xinglongzhuang empirical research project as an example of its comprehensive evaluation. The result of evaluation indicates that the project enhances the power supply capacity and reliability of Tangshan power grid, and fully meets the load power supply, promoted local economic development and improving people's living standards, the results show that this model works well, method is practical and feasible.
