The Research Of Environmental Early-warning System For Foreign Trade Of China

Take the foreign trade of China as the starting point, we analyzed the effect of the foreign trade activity on the environment, and set up the early-warning model of RBF-NN based on ACOA, through the environment early-warning, we can provide basis for the government to make policy of foreign trade and environment.Reference on the domestic and international research results, we do the follow steps: Firstly, we used relativity analysis method to carry on preparing process. Secondly, we use fuzzy rough sets as a preprocessor for weight determining. Thirdly, RBF-NN based on ACOA was used as main early-warning model to forecast the value of the environment. Lastly, we can verify the warning degree according to the threshold and make a substantial analysis. The verified result shows that the early-warning model has better result, and the RBF-NN based on ACOA was used as a forecasting technical and applied to environment early-warning of foreign trade is also a new attempting.
