Research On The Environmental Assessment And Early-warning Under The Influence Of Foreign Trade In Hebei Province

With the rapid development of the economic globalization and trade liberalization,the foreign trade plays a greater role in the economic development of a country.On one hand,the foreign trade can improve the living consumption level of residents.On the other hand,it can supply full motivation for the economic development of a country.Our country is now going through a key period of industrial adjustment and optimization.The development of the foreign trade has got unprecedented attention.The foreign trade is given an important mission of driving the transition of domestic economy.Due to the advantageous geographical location,the foreign trade in Hebei province has made a great progress,which largely promotes the integrated development of the economy in Hebei province.However,with the continuous extending of the foreign trade,it's adverse impact on the environment becomes more and more obvious.Considering the influence of the foreign trade in Hebei province,the research on the environmental assessment and early-warning has certain theoretical values and practical significance.Considering the influence of foreign trade in Hebei province,the environmental evaluation index system is established based on the pressure-state-transition(P-S-T)model.In order to unify the index dimension,the range method is adopted for non-dimension of indexes.The entropy method is used to calculate the weight of each index.Taking the influence of the foreign trade into account,the method of weighted mean is used to calculate the comprehensive value of environmental evaluation in Hebei province from 2000 to 2014.The results show that the environmental quality in Hebei province is in the state of middle warning from 2000 to 2014.Through the cubic exponential smoothing method,the quality of future environment in Hebei province is analyzed and predicted.It is indicated that the environmental quality is moving to a better state but remains in the middle warning.That is the environment quality has been worsened and requires early warning.Therefore,relevant government department should proceed macroscopic guide to speed up the pace of environmental governance.
