| The article shall summarizes the dynamic of project management research, analyzes the domestic and global application of schedule management, quality management and cost management theory and then comes up with the purpose of the transmission line project management. The HongBai 220KV transmission line project management is taken as the study case. The paper will explain the specific application of management in building of transmission line. An analysis to the existing defects and a detailed research to the project, including the process management, resource management and cost management, shall be presented. And finally the paper shall recommend the improvement. |
