Application Of Project Cost Management And Schedule Management In The First Phase Of Ningbo Metro Line 2 Communication Project

It has been more than thirty years since the introduction of [1] into the domestic construction projects,and has been widely used in many industries.At present,the project management theory in the most extensive theory for the application of domestic subway communication project,can sum up the "four control","six","coordination",namely,quality control,schedule control,cost control,safety control,site management,contract management,production management,information management,completion the late acceptance management,project management,organization and coordination of the overall project from inside and outside the organization.However,the management of the project is more from the aspect of the project organization structure,and the application of quantitative management based on data analysis is not special attention[12].The author is engaged in Metro Communication Project Management for fifteen years,many problems encountered in the work,after thinking seriously about how to carry out more effective management of Metro Communication Project,provide work efficiency and ensure the economic benefits of the project,through the analysis and research of [2] tube for project cost and schedule,in order to explore a reasonable the project cost and schedule management method [3],to adapt to the rapid development in current China's rail transit construction,to further promote the application of project management theory in the construction of railway traffic communication system in project management.Based on the requirement of project management in the construction of the first phase communication system of Ningbo Metro Line 2,this paper discusses the application of the theory of project management cost and schedule control in the construction of Metro Communication system.The paper introduces the basic theory of cost management and schedule management,analyzed the influence factors of Ningbo Metro Line 2 phase communication project cost schedule,through analyzing the main factors affecting the project cost and schedule,plan put forward through the network optimization of the cost progress map.At last,the effect of optimizing the cost schedule by using the network planning technology is introduced.The results of the first phase of Ningbo Metro Line 2 project cost schedule optimization,in order to further promote the use of quantitative analysis of data management in the domestic subway project to provide a reference and reference.
