The Research On The Retaining Management And Evaluation Of Core Employees For CEC Power Company

Enering into WTO has brought unprecedented opportunities for small and medium-sized enterprises, but also has brought huge chanllenges. The talents are the most precious resources for enterprises. An important issue that must be solved by small and medium-sized enterprises is to obtain and retain the core employees.
