The Post-project Evaluation Studying Of Dalian Railway Station Suspended Chord Exposure Reconstruction Project

By studying the project implementation process, results and impact investigations, the railway post-project evaluation compares with the project decision-making objectives that determined at the time as well as technical, economic, environmental and social indicators, and through the effective feedback, for future projects decision-making and improved to make recommendations and improve the investment management, but also for the problems arising in operation of the project recommendations for improvement, so as to achieve the purposes of more efficient investment.In this paper, by evaluation the hanging strings of Dalian contact transformation of the station post-construction project, established the project evaluation index system, draw the conclusions and laid the foundation of the future similar projects for post-evaluation.
