In this paper tries to employ system theory, AHP, catastrophe theory and fuzzy math method to analyze the mechanism, characteristic and classification of major incidents of power grid project operation risk; The connotation of emergency capacity, index system and evaluation method are comprehensively thoroughly studied; Applying AHP to calculate the weights of index, and multilayer fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to establish the evaluation model and making a concrete example analysis; According to evaluation results to analyze, and point out the weakness of emergency management. Hoping this study can provide decision-making for construction of emergency management of power grid project operation risk.
