Along with China’s industrialization reform of electricity market, its previous monopoly business model which, integrates all procedures such as generation, transmission, distribution and delivery into together has been changed. Separated from the original electric power industry chain, Power grid enterprises become an independent economic entity. And also, with electricity price acting as link, a trading relationship has been formed. Price is a link between Power grid enterprises and power Generation Company, and also combine power grid enterprises and end users together. There are a lot domestic and overseas studies on the risks which power grid enterprises may face. However, most of them are all unilateral studies for separate risk of Power grid enterprises in electricity market environment, but lack research aiming at the overall risk. Based on the background above, the overall operation risk of power grid enterprises has been studied in this paper, mainly focuses on building risk evaluation model and risk transmission model for Power grid enterprises.,and the main work completed is as follows:Firstly, power grid enterprises’operating environment is analyzed, and risk features are recognized and classified. And risk transmission theory is introduced.Secondly, through the analysis of operation risk management for Power grid enterprises, we know that it is very important to establish risk management system. In this paper, risk assessment system about the operation risk of Power grid enterprises is built. Comprehensive Evaluation is built using the method of Grey Correlation and Topsis, using entropy method to decide the weight. This paper provides an important reference for Power grid enterprises to master operation risk in general.Thirdly, based on Rough Set Theory, the method of determining risk transmission weight is given, and risk transmission path is extracted based on incomplete information. Examples demonstrate the feasibility of the models.
