Since the21st century, with the rapid socio-economic development and thecontinuous advancement of the scientific and technological level, The power systemrequirements are also increasing. Smart grid isan important means to promote energyconservation,developing renewable energy and achieving sustainable development.Smartgrid is the future direction of development of the grid. Its large-scale, high technicalrequirements, investment and long construction period makes a wide range of complexchanges in the smart grid project risk. Therefore, the smart grid project risk analysis andevaluation, has a crucial role in the success or failure of the project.Risk assessment is the key link in the process of enterprises to invest in smart gridprojects, the article first introduces the basic theory of risk identification and evaluationmethods, through scientific research methods to analyze the composition andcharacteristics of the smart grid project investment risk and risk categorized the Smart Gridrisk assessment indicator system. Weight fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and thenon the basis of comparison in the discussion on a variety of evaluation methods, andultimately, the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy evaluation combined to obtain variouslevels of risk factors and evaluation judgment matrix through this quantitative andqualitative combined evaluation method, the risk of investment in smart grid project tomake a comprehensive evaluation of objective science.To further confirm the applicability of the established risk assessment model usingfuzzy analytic hierarchy process method to invest in smart substation project case riskanalysis and evaluation of NARI. First combine the actual establishment of the on riskassessment, multi-level comprehensive evaluation indicator system using the analytichierarchy process and fuzzy mathematical theory to determine indicators of weight, theseverity of the various types of risk factors for the project affect the conduct of the assessment, and to further explore the State Power NARI intelligent substationconstruction projects of various types of risk response measures.Smart grid project and risk management for the research goals, explore some of theconfusing issues in the smart grid project risk management, provides the theoretical basisof the risk management and risk assessment method for power equipment enterprises toinvest in smart grid projects, has a certain theoretical value and practical significance. Ihope the research of my article will provides a useful reference to the study of China’ssmart grid project investment risk.
