A Study On Financing Problems Of Small And Medium-sized Enterprises Of Changchun City

SMEs play a very import role in regional economic and social development. Small and medium-sized enterprises in Changchun City, in recent years , have achieved rapid development, but still face severe financing bottlenecks. Study on the SME financing difficulties, not only can promote the healthy development of SMEs, but also will be a better deal with the financial crisis, and grasp the post-crisis opportunity .This article focuses on how to solve the problem of SME financing in Changchun City, using empirical and normative analysis , combining comparative study and logical induction approach, from theoretical and practical aspects to carry out countermeasures research. This article includes five parts: the first part expounds the relevant theory, mainly including asymmetric information under the credit rationing model of research and SME finance analysis of Institutional Economics ; the second part introduces the status, role in the development and the current situation of the small and medium enterprises in Changchun City; the third part contains the analysis of constraints from various angles on the problem of financing small and medium enterprises in Changchun; the fourth section describes typical experience in economically developed countries and regions in the solutions to SME financing difficulties; the fifth part states the response, in combination with the reality of Changchun City to propose solutions to SME financing difficulties.
