| Developing the Marine circular economy which is an urgent need to promote the scientific development, achieve sound and rapid economic and social development and build a harmonious society. As an important part of Tianjin Binhai New District, rapid economic growth of marine circular economy,which will push forward the new round of development and opening of Binhai New District, play an important leading role on speeding up development of Tianjin and the Bohai Rim. While, how to develop marine circular economy? How to choose characteristic development path basing on functional positioning and geographic conditions are clearly defined. All of these questions are theoretical and practical problems that need addressing. Therefore, with the theoretic guide of core industry selection, industrial ecology and marine sustainable development,this thesis is to systematically study the selection of marine circular economy industry and the optimization of the industrial chain in Binhai New District by placing the focus on the industry level. Its main parts include the following aspects:(1) Reviewing the theories related to the selection of marine circular economy industry and analyzing the basic conditions for the development of marine economyits, introducing the development status of major marine industries in Tianjin Binhai New District. Defining the general concept of the development of marine industry, putting forward the guiding ideology for promoting the development of marine industry in Tianjin Binhai New District.(2) Defining the range of choices of marine industry in Tianjin Binhai New District. According to marine circular economy industry development ideas, drawing on the indicators of industry selection,which has been used on the Terrestrial Industry, this thesis bulit the evaluation index system of marine leading industry which embodies the characteristics of Tianjin.(3) Using the quantitative research method to reareach the selection of marine industry in Tianjin Binhai New District based on entrophy method,and screening out the target industry initially. The results show that seawater utilization industry is the preferred target contributing to the development of marine circular economy industry in Tianjin Binhai New District.(4) Using the mathod of material flow analysis,by analysising the total amount and the ratio of the input-output of the resources and waste coming from Seawater utilization industry chain in Beijiang power plant of Binhai New District,this thesis points out the main problems in the Seawater utilization industry chain. On this basis, this thesis presents a rationalization proposals from several aspects such as policy support, financial assistance, technology innovation and industry promotion. |
