Study Of Horizontal Mergers And Acquisitions Transition Structure Based On Core Theory

Merger and acquisition has became the effective way that help company to achieve growth,through effective merger can bring the right flow of production factors and accumulation of capital.But the success rate of merger activity is below thirty percent in worldwide.There are three reasons,as organization structure,financial issues and core business issues.merger activity has high failure rate,it still has a big number mergers activity and the range is expanding. The merger actions have played an important effect to worldwide economic.Current study concentrated in motives,method,business strategy, there has less authoritative study about organization structure.Although the transition structure has been adopted by some enterprises,it still lacks study on this topic.In this paper, based on the results of previous studies, establish new theoretical framework.Adopt qualitative and quantitative approach to study the transition structure, theoretical sources.Introduce the project management method to the integration management and transitional organizational structure will contain integration team, it has a complete report of the internal working relationships.The construction method of the transitional organizational structure can be summarized as follows:merger integration organizational structure will be abstract as the network system,then according to system core theory to compute nuclear degrees,and to build transitional team in the nuclear position.Based the theory to evaluate the transitional organizational structure's stability, connectivity which is different from the past study of organization,it has became scientific.
